Function: designed for baracing pipe against sway and siesmic disturbance.The pipe attachment component of a sway brace system used in cnjunction with a UTT manufacturing structural attachment fitting,and joined together with a bracing pipe element forms a complete sway brace assembly.
Size:One size fits braced pipe up to 8", with 1/2" bolt hole for structure.
Finish:Zinc plated. Other finishes upon request
Material :Carbon Steel& Ductile iron QT450
Installation- It is the structural or transitional attachment component of a longitudinal or lateral sway bracing assembly. To install, insert the bracing pipe, or channel or angle bar into the clamp, and tighten the set bolt until set bolt head breaks off.
 Qualification - Comply with CE and FM and UL listed.

Installation Instructions

The connection mode of base part connected with the building; The accessories connected with the base part is sch40 1-inch pipe; The pipe must be clamped to the bottom of the base part, then fixed with the shear bolt; Tighten the shear bolt until heads break off.
