Galvanized Carbon Steel Pear-shaped Pipe Clamp

1. Product Introduction 
Pear-shaped pipe clamp (also known as drop pipe clamp, sprinkler pipe hanger) is a standard hardware accessory for building mechanical and electrical installation. Made of premium carbon steel with integral stamping forming, and surface galvanized for corrosion resistance, it is equipped with an integrated knurled nut, which can be directly connected to threaded rods for quick pipeline installation. 
Widely used in fire sprinkler systems, plumbing pipelines, HVAC systems, electrical conduits and other pipeline suspension projects, it meets UL/FM certification standards and is a supporting part for fire protection and mechanical and electrical engineering.

Assemble the clamp and the screw: Connect and assemble the screw with the Adjustable swivel band hanger to form a fixed overall component.

Place the pipeline to be fixed: Put the pipeline (as shown in the red pipe in the figure) into the pear - shaped slot of the Adjustable swivel band hanger, ensuring that the pipe fits well with the arc - shaped slot of the hanger.

Fix the overall device: Fix the Adjustable swivel band hanger with the pipeline onto the installation base surface (such as the ceiling, etc.) using the screw, so that the pipeline is securely clamped and fixed.
