UTT30 Clevis Hanger
The product features a horseshoe-like design for easy installation and removal, significantly reducing labor time and effort. Its innovative shape allows it to be simply slid onto the pipe or conduit and securely snapped into place without the need for complex tools or fasteners.
Function:
Allows vertical adjustment of pipe after installation.
Features:
Maximum temperature Plain 650°F, Galvanized 450°F.
Conforms with Federal Specification WW-H-171 (Type 1),
Manufacturers Standardization Society (MSS) SP-69(Type 1).
When using an oversize clevis, it is recommended to install a full-
width spacer on the cross bolt to prevent failure due to disfiguring
the U-strap.When using insulated pipe, order hanger sized to correspond to
overall dimension. It is also recommended to use insulation shields.

Product Description
This product is an adjustable U-type Clevis Pipe Hanger (Pipe Suspension Clamp), stamped from high-quality carbon steel with galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, featuring excellent rust resistance. It is suitable for suspension and fixation of various industrial/civil pipes such as fire sprinkler systems, water supply and drainage pipes, HVAC pipes, etc. Equipped with a bolt adjustment structure, it allows fine-tuning of the vertical height of the pipe after installation, easy to install, greatly reducing construction labor costs. It complies with international industry standards such as UL/FM, and is widely used in building mechanical and electrical installation, fire protection engineering, comprehensive pipe corridors and other scenarios.

Long Anti-Corrosion Life: Optional electro-galvanized / hot-dip galvanized process, strong rust and corrosion resistance, suitable for various working conditions such as indoor humidity and outdoor open air.
Flexible & Adjustable Installation: U-shaped (horseshoe) structure + through-bolt design, can be quickly sleeved into the pipe, and the vertical height of the pipe can be flexibly adjusted after installation to adapt to on-site construction errors.

Place the pipe into the slot of the clevis hanger.
Install U-shaped clamps and other components for fixing the pipeline to ensure that the pipeline is securely clamped.Finally, install nuts and other fasteners to lock the entire device, ensuring that the hanger is firmly connected to the pipeline.
