Insulation Core: High-density polyurethane (PU) foam, split into two halves for easy installation around the pipe without disassembly. Offers excellent thermal stability and low thermal conductivity for energy conservation.
Clamp & Bracket: Galvanized steel P-type clamp with bolted fastening, ensuring secure pipe holding. Mounts to standard C-channel steel rails for flexible positioning in pipeline installations.
